PC4Recycling are excited to announce that we will be attending the upcoming Legalex show on 21-22 March 2018 at the ExCel convention centre in London
Legalex show is a 2 day event, showcasing state-of-the-art innovations and solutions for those working in the UK’s competitive legal industry. Lawyers and law firms from across the country will be attending the show, and we cannot wait to exhibit our professional data destruction services.
PC4Recycling’s data destruction services comply with the regulations enforced by GDPR. The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU-wide data protection law that is crucial for those working in the legal field. Law firms inevitably have access to some incredibly sensitive client data, and disposing of this data properly is of the utmost importance to all parties.
Over the 2 days of the event we will be showcasing many services we have to offer, including our on-site destruction services. Our on-site destruction services give our customers peace of mind by destroying their hard drives in front of their very eyes. Our central Nottinghamshire location gives us the ability to travel around the UK easily, physically destroying sensitive data and hard drives as we go! We use 3 tonnes of force to destroy your unwanted hard drives; you definitely won’t have to worry about them being recovered.
We will also be showing off our secure disk-wiping services. Our secure disk-wiping services employ a piece of software known as “Blancco HMG InfoSec Standard No.5”. This process erases sensitive data by rewriting over it seven times. This has become the industry standard for data erasure- and is certified by the National Cyber Security Centre. Our disk-wiping service is fully GDPR compliant and may be invaluable for legal experts looking to protect and erase sensitive information.
We will also be discussing our client portal in further detail. Our client portal allows users to manage their ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) requests via ADISA-approved software that provides them with simplified traceability and a breakdown of key elements such as Data Erasure Reports and Collection Manifests. The ability to track and ensure the erasure of data and digital assets makes our attendance paramount at Legalex.
We look forward to discussing GDPR in greater detail at the event. Those working in the Legal industry must be sure to adhere to GDPR regulations within the European Union and beyond; we look to put their minds at ease.
See you at Legalex!
